Motor Carrier Authority Reapply

The MC Reapply is required to be filed for those who have an authority that was dismissed by FMCSA. Your authority may have been dismissed if you did not attach a BOC-3, or attach an insurance policy within 90-days after first applying for the operating authority. 

Once an operating authority has been dismissed, a reapply is necessary to bring the authority back into a pending status. Be advised, while you will retain the original docket number, you will still be subject to the mandatory waiting period for new authority applicants.
